Terms of Use
By using Orasi, you agree to these terms. We keep things simple and transparent.
1. Data Privacy
Orasi stores all data locally on your device. No personal data is collected or transmitted except word translations sent to the Claude API. Photos taken for OCR are processed on-device and never uploaded.
2. Third-Party Services
Orasi uses the Anthropic Claude API for translations. When you request a translation, selected words are sent to Claude's servers. No other data is shared with third parties.
3. Intellectual Property
All content and functionality in Orasi are owned by Unusual Rocks or licensed. Your vocabulary data and flashcards remain your property at all times.
4. Educational Use
Orasi is designed for vocabulary building and language learning. Translation accuracy depends on AI capabilities and may not always be perfect.
5. Limited Liability
Unusual Rocks is not liable for damages from using Orasi, including loss of locally stored data or translation inaccuracies.
6. Updates to Terms
We may update these terms with new app versions. Continued use of Orasi means you accept the updated terms.
